The long-awaited foldable phone from OnePlus is expected to be launched [August] and now we have our first set of CAD-based renders thanks to @OnLeaks. The OnePlus V Fold won’t just be a rebranded Oppo Find N2 as previously speculated, but will actually sport a larger footprint more in line with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and vivo X Fold2.

In terms of design, we can see that the OnePlus V Fold will bring elegant metal sides and a high cover screen with a punch hole. The back appears to have a leather-like finish and a prominent camera ring that houses three sensors and Hasselblad branding. Based on the rumors, we should see a 50MP (IMX 890) main camera alongside an unspecified ultrawide module and periscope lens.

The display of the cover will house a 32 MP front camera (OV32C). While the new renders don’t mention the exact dimensions of the primary screen, the rumors suggest an LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution somewhere in the 1900 x 2100px range and a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a fingerprint scanner built into the power button on the right side and three speakers with one located at the bottom next to the USB-C port and two more at the top.
