Many companies have entered the foldable smartphone game recently, for example Tecno and Google. And later this year, nubia will enter the same market, at least if a new rumor is to be believed.
ZTE’s first foldable device will presumably be called nubia Z60 Fold and its model number will be NX801J. Inside, it is said to have a 7.3-inch foldable AMOLED screen.
It will be powered by a Qualcomm 8-series chipset, although exactly which one is unclear. This will be paired with 12GB of RAM for smooth multitasking, and there will be two storage variants: 256GB and 512GB. The phone will apparently pack a 5,000mAh battery, with support for 100W charging no less.
The nubia Z60 Fold should arrive in the fourth quarter of this year, therefore between October and December, in three not yet specified colors. That release timeframe leaves plenty of room for many more rumors and leaks from this point forward, so stay tuned.
