With the first part of the plan completed, Nokia will now focus on acceleration and change its logo for the first time in 60 years to signal the change in strategy.

Nokia is ditching the color blue and replacing it with whatever is more appropriate given the situation, meaning no specific color scheme is assigned. Lundmark said Nokia is no longer just a smartphone company, but an “enterprise technology company.”

There was the association with smartphones and today we are an enterprise technology company.

In addition to growing its telecommunications equipment business, Nokia will focus on selling equipment to other companies. These include private 5G networks and equipment for automated factories, which would position the company as a competitor to Microsoft and Amazon in the field. Lundmark said that Nokia is considering development and growth in other areas as well.
