Motorola’s latest smartwatch is already listed on Best Buy Canada ahead of its official launch. The Moto Watch 70 is detailed along with key specs and pricing on the retailer’s website.

Moto Watch 70 offers a 1.69-inch color screen with 240x280px resolution. The listing doesn’t specify whether the watch uses an LCD or AMOLED screen. We have confirmation that the case is made of zinc alloy while the supplied watch band is made of silicone.

The smartwatch carries heart rate monitoring along with the SpO2 sensor and a gyroscope. It can track up to 23 sports modes and carries Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Battery life is estimated at 14 hours of continuous use, and recharging is handled via a proprietary magnetic charging base. The watch is also IP-67 rated which means you can swim and shower with it.
There’s no mention of WearOS, so we can safely assume the Moto Watch 70 runs Moto OS just like last year’s Moto Watch 100.
Motorola moto Watch 70 comes in a single black color and is priced at CAD 99 (about USD 75). There are no availability details at the moment, although we can expect Motorola to formally announce the wearable soon enough.
