Four years later, the successor to the Montblanc Summit 2 was unveiled – the manufacturer of luxury pens and watches is in no rush. Anyway, the coolest thing about the new model is that it’s the first Google Wear OS 3.0 watch that wasn’t skinned by Samsung’s One UI. Sorry, Pixel Watch, you’ve had your chance.
As always, the Montblanc watch focuses on luxury. In fact, the company has not announced many technical details. All we know for sure so far is that the watch is powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chipset.
The Montblanc Summit 3 offers improved exercise and sleep tracking
Health and exercise monitoring has been improved. The watch is equipped with a blood oxygen sensor and sleep monitoring (including monitoring of different sleep stages). The new model has better battery life, but it’s unclear how much better it is (the Summit 2 could last a day in smartwatch mode, 4-5 days in time-only mode).
The watch case is made of titanium and you can choose between a leather or rubber strap. The gray case comes with a black calfskin or blue rubber strap. For the black case the options are a black calfskin or a black rubber strap. Finally, there is a two-tone case option, which can be paired with a British green calfskin or a black rubber strap.

The Montblanc Summit 3 will be available on July 15 and will cost € 1,250. It’s more expensive than the previous model, which launched at $ 1,095 (looking at the model with a titanium case).
