A yet-to-be-announced iQOO phone has been certified by Chinese agency TENAA revealing some key spec details and a possible look at its design. The device bears the identifier V2230EA and is believed to be the iQOO U6 and appears to share many similarities to the iQOO U5e which was due to launch last June but was later cancelled.

TENAA reveals that the U6 boasts a 6.51-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720×1600 px. The panel sports a waterdrop notch and we have confirmation that it will house a 5MP selfie camera. The rear carries the same 13MP main cam and a 2MP auxiliary module. We don’t get the actual chipset used here, even though the main core runs at 2.2Ghz, which matches the Dimension 700 used in the iQOO U5e. The phone will also house a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The listed dimensions are 164.05 × 75.6 × 8.15 mm, which again corresponds to the iQOO U5e. Elsewhere, the iQOO U6 will offer 4-12GB of RAM and 64-512GB of built-in storage, as well as a 4,910mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
