The iQOO Neo7 is ready for launch on October 20 and more details are starting to appear on the device. The latest confirmed specs include the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset and a standalone display chipset dubbed Pro + which should help reduce power consumption and maintain stable frame rates while gaming. Dimensity 9000+ is MediaTek’s flagship offering at the moment and was also seen on the Asus ROG Phone 6D duo.

Previous rumors of the iQOO Neo 7 have revealed that the device will carry a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 12GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging, and a top-of-the-line main camera. 50 MP with Sony IMX766V sensor and OIS. We expect to get more details the day before the October 20th announcement.
