Apple’s A17 Pro is a fast chipset, as we saw from the Geekbench test and now we can see how it fares on AnTuTu. It’s no surprise that the A17 Pro within the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max is one of the fastest phones on AnTuTu with a combined score of 1,641,883 points.
For reference, last year’s A16 Bionic chip scored 1,474,011 while the Apple M1 chip found in Apple laptops and iPads is a breath away with 1,754,456 points. The 15 Pro Max also surpasses the Android leader Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+ which gets “only” 1,632,859 points.

The A17 Pro boasts a CPU score of 392,643 points and a score of 597,734 points for the GPU department. Apple said its new A17 Pro chip offers a 20 percent improvement over the previous A16 Bionic in the GPU department, and AnTuTu shows a nearly 27 percent difference in favor of the newer chipset’s GPU. The A17 Pro also leads the memory department test with a score of 306,164.
