Last weekend, Indian online retailer Flipkart revealed that Infinix will launch the Note 12i 2022 in India on January 25th. We now learn that 10 days later, on February 4, the company will unveil another smartphone in the Asian country – the Infinix Zero 5G 2023.
The 2023 Infinix Zero 5G was unveiled last year, so we know what’s on offer. However, the promotional page created by Flipkart on its website for the smartphone suggests that Infinix has partnered with Marvel Studios and may release an Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania version of Infinix Zero 5G 2023 to celebrate the release of the movie Ant- Man and the Wasp: Quantummania. scheduled for February 17, 2023.
The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is built around a 6.78″ 120Hz FullHD+ LCD and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. It runs XOS 12 based on Android 12 like the Indian model of the Note 12i 2022.
There are two versions of the 2023 Infinix Zero 5G: one powered by the Dimensity 920 chip and another with the Dimensity 1080 SoC at the helm. It will be the latter that will be launched in India.
The Zero 5G 2023 sports a 50MP primary on the rear, flanked by 2MP depth units and 2MP macro. For selfies and video calls, you get a 16MP front camera. The rest of the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 highlights include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 5,000mAh battery, and 33W charging.
