The Honor Pad X8 is equipped with a 10.1-inch 1920×1200 IPS touchscreen, an unannounced MediaTek chipset only labeled as MT8786, which has an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six cores Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.8GHz, 6GB of RAM, 64 or 128GB of storage, a 5MP rear camera, a 2MP front camera, and a 5,100mAh battery.

The tablet runs three-year-old Android 10 for whatever reason, with Honor’s Magic UI 4.0 on top. It measures 240.2 x 159 x 7.55mm and weighs 460g. It’s ready to order in China, in Dawn Blue, at a special introductory price of CNY 1,299 ($ ​​186 or € 185 at current exchange rates). After the initial sale is concluded, the price rises to CNY 1,399 ($ ​​200 or € 200). A mint green option should also come in the future.
