Infinix unveiled the Helio G88-powered 4G Hot 30 in March, and we now learn that the brand will be following up with a 5G release next month in India with support for 14 5G bands. The provisional launch date is July 14, but we will have to wait for an official announcement from Infinix in this regard.

Infinix Hot 30 5G will be available in three colors: Miami Orange, Aurora Blue and Knight Black. The Miami Orange version reminds us of the Sunset Orange model of the Note 30 5G with a vegan leather back.

The back panel of the Hot 30 5G sports a rectangular camera island that houses an LED flash and dual cameras, with the main camera using a 50MP sensor. Up front is a display with a centered hole punch for the selfie camera, but we don’t have any information on either.

Infinix Hot 30 5G has flat bezels. The left-side frame has the SIM card slot, and on the right is the volume rocker and power button, which could double as a fingerprint scanner. At the bottom is the USB-C port, flanked by a 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone, and speaker grille.

We’re told that the Infinix Hot 30 5G will have an IP53 rating and come with a 6,000mAh battery, which is 1,000mAh larger than its 4G counterpart’s cell. Whether it will charge faster than the 4G Hot 30 which goes up to 33W remains to be seen.
