Oukitel introduced the OT5 last year and will introduce a new tablet this month, dubbed the Oukitel OT8. We’ve received some exclusive information on the OT8, so let’s see what’s on offer.

The Oukitel OT8 will be powered by the Unisoc Tiger T606 SoC, will boot Android 13, and will have 6GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The tablet will feature an 11-inch 2K display (probably LCD) and an 8,800 mAh battery with 18W charging.

The OT8, which will be promoted as “a tablet for entertainment, education and work”, will be 7.8mm thick and weigh 515g. It will also have two cameras: a 13MP main unit and an 8MP selfie camera.

The rest of the Oukitel OT8’s highlights include four speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB-C. It will also come with a dual-SIM card slot and have stylus support, which will be sold separately.

The Oukitel OT8 will have three color options and will launch for around $180 (€165 / INR 14,975) in mid-January.
