Streaming platform Disney+ will begin restricting users from sharing their password. According to an email obtained by The limitNew Terms of Service have been introduced to subscribers in the United States, making it more difficult for people to access the service using login credentials that are not theirs.

Here’s how the SLA explains what a household is: the set of devices associated with the subscriber’s primary personal residence used by the people who reside there.

Users learned that Disney will add limitations on account sharing outside of the subscriber’s household and that the service will be able to “analyze account use to determine compliance.”

The deal is already in effect for new subscribers in the United States and Canada and also affects Hulu, another streaming service owned by The Walt Disney Company. Older members will feel the effects by March 14.

The change comes just several months after Disney+ raised prices for the second time in a 13-month span. The ad-free tier currently costs $13.99, while the ad-supported tier costs $7.99 per month.
