Asus’ ROG series of phones will receive a new rumor for 2022 with the ROG Phone 6. Asus has confirmed that its next gaming phone will launch on July 5 at 20:00 Taipei time (12:00 UTC) via a livestream. The phone will launch along with new accessories and gaming headsets.
The event teasers don’t give us any details on the ROG Phone 6, but we do know that it will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. We’ve already tested a sample of ROG Engineering’s device with the new SoC, and you can check out our first impressions and benchmarks for that phone here.
With over a month left until the big announcement, we’re set to receive more ROG Phone 6 teasers and we’ll make sure to update you accordingly.
