Miles’ performance on PlayStation 4
The latest buzz in games was undoubtedly the launch of the latest generation of consoles. While everyone is excited to see how new games will be played on the new consoles, not everyone will be able to afford a PlayStation 5 right now. Fortunately, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is also available on PlayStation 4! But how well do older machines handle a game like this?
Sounds pretty good, actually! Sure, it doesn’t have all the fancy bells and whistles of next-gen games, but it works really well for those who need to revisit the world of Spider-Man. However, I did notice that my PS4 Launch Edition was put to the test. In some places, the on-screen action made the framerate noticeably unstable. For a game like Miles Morales, which is based on reflexes at times, this problem was a real pain in places.
That said, aside from a few embarrassing bugs and a few minor progression issues, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is great for PlayStation 4 owners too!
Final verdict
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a smaller, more secure sequel. However, everything he does is completed with such love and care that it is just a joy to play. Unfortunately, there are certainly some disappointments in the gameplay area.
That said, fans of superheroes or Spider-Man will find a lot to love from the story. Whether players embark on the adventure on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4, they will have a great time.
