Disney Mirrorverse is Kabamthe last attempt of a real-time combat role-playing game set in the Disney universe with lots of characters from some of the biggest Disney and Pixar hits. Here in this article, we will look at Disney Mirrorverse and share our first impressions of the game.

The game had a pretty rough beta last year, however it seems the developers have gone back to the drawing board and incorporated elements into the game that make it fun to play and also stand out. That said, however, this is still pretty much a standard action RPG, while also being something of a breakthrough Marvel Contest of Champions And Transformers: forged for Fightwhich are the oldest titles of Kabam.

Experience a new storyline with a long list of characters to choose from

Starting with revision, the latest version of Disney Mirrorverse looks and performs quite well! The game is a gacha title and it’s pretty obvious, but there’s also a list of decent-sized characters to play with, each with their own unique attacks and abilities.

There are characters like Captain Jack Sparrow, Mickey Mouse, Scar, Aladdin’s Genius, Baymax, Mulan, Sulley, Goofy, and many others. This makes the game stand out a bit, but the characters have different backstories in the game than those seen in the movies.

Merge your teams and experience real-time combat in the Mirrorverse

The game doesn’t really do anything new when it comes to gameplay. Players can have teams of six characters each, but can only enter into battle with three of them. They will encounter a group of minions in 3v3 and then finally fight the boss in every battle. The main enemy the characters are fighting is the Fractured.

The gameplay is pretty fast-paced and requires you to pay your full attention as you attack and dodge at the right moment. Players must constantly move around the arena for the best offensive and defensive moves. Each character has a light attack, heavy attackand then howspecial attack.

Like other similar RPG fighting games, there are tanks, ranged attackers, melee attackers, healers, and others. Compared to previous versions, this time the gameplay renewal made everything really well done and engaging. There is also an automatic mode in the battles, so if you don’t want to get too much into the gameplay, you can activate it.

Disney Mirrorverse offers multiple missions, dungeons with different difficulty levels

Disney Mirrorverse has the main story mode where they have to collect stars. Along the way, they will get new characters and will have to upgrade the ones they already have as the difficulty continues to grow as they progress through the game.

The other mode is the event mode which has similar events Trouble Tower. The story is divided into chapters and features three difficulties (Normal, Hard and Expert) and is actually a decent story that does a good job of explaining the dynamics between the characters.

The game is not too hostile for players who are not ready to invest real money in it as the resources are not too hard to find and through daily and weekly missions and alliances, the game tries to attract players and is meant to be a title. serious where daily commitment is the norm.

The game provides 3D character models and comes with a smooth user interface

Graphically, the game looks really good with well-designed 3D models for the characters. There have been changes to improve the graphics as well and the audio is decent enough with nothing to complain about. The artwork is really well done, doing a good job of bringing famous characters to the screens in 3D form. The controls are really responsive and smooth while the user interface doesn’t seem to have any major issues either

There are no advertisements, but being an IAP standard gacha title they exist

The game has no commercials which is the standard now for most higher quality titles like this one, however, there are IAPs as the game is a gacha title. To upgrade their characters, players can grind, which isn’t too difficult but requires a fair amount of effort, or they can pay to make it a little faster.

Final verdict

Disney Mirrorverse has managed to improve a bit if you compare it to previous versions and if the developers keep working on content like this, the game could definitely get pretty popular. The biggest distinguishing feature of the game, aside from a fairly refined experience, is the inclusion of various iconic characters from the Disney IP.

It could really serve quite well as an element that attracts more people who might not otherwise engage with this particular game or games of this genre in general. Aside from that, the title isn’t really too unique or new, but it’s still worth a try if you like RPGs with real-time combat.
