DC Unchained – Get started
As usual, the DC Unchained game starts with a tutorial where you get to know the game; how to play DC Unchained, missions, recruit new characters and much more. Don’t skip the tutorial, because completing the tutorial rewards you with 100 gems and the gem is one of the rare items in the DC Unchained game. After the tutorial, you can manually manage all kinds of things.
At the start of the game, most of the features are locked.

1.) How to unlock a new hero?
⇒ You need the character unlock card to unlock or recruit a new hero. What is character unlock? An item used to recruit a character.
⇒ How to get the character unlock card? There are many ways to acquire this card; you will receive it as a reward at the start of the game, complete the beginner’s guide to get 1 character unlock item, through wins. Tap the menu -> Guide -> complete all the activities mentioned in the beginner section and you will earn a character unlock card. – DC Unchained Tips

2.) DC Unchained Guide -> Increase character strength
The main stats of your characters are; HP, Power, Vitality, Mindset, Technique, Agility. attributes; Attack power, accuracy, critical hit, evasion, mental defense.
DC Unchained Tips⇒ To kill powerful enemies and bosses, you need to improve your character’s stats. There are many ways to improve your character’s performance and stats;
- Top grade
- Level up
- Get a new skin
- Unlock new covers
- Set up tactics

How to level up -> First of all, you need to level up your character to a certain level. For example, to increase Joker’s rank, you need to raise his level to 10. Next time, level 20 and so on.
Requirements -> You need family cards to rank up your character. I’ve explained the card guide below.
Once all the above requirements are met, go to the family section -> tap a hero -> increase the rank -> confirm. This will increase your character’s performance.
Level-Up -> DC Unchained Guide
You need to level up to unlock new skills and level up. There are two ways to level up a character in the game.
- Use the booster; EXP Book
- Include that hero on your team for the battle
Using the EXP book, you can easily level up your character. EXP Book can be obtained as a reward, by obtaining victories, through various objectives. To use EXP Book -> go to the hero section -> tap the up arrow next to the update -> choose the quantity and confirm.
Skin -> DC Unchained Tips
Another way to upgrade your hero is to acquire the new skin. You can acquire skins for your character in exchange for family gold cards or skin tickets. The new skin unlocks powerful active abilities for that specific character.
Covers -> DC Unchained Guide
Cover Art increases a character’s HP and Mentality points. You can produce it for gold.
Skills -> DC Unchained Guide
Each hero has their own active and passive abilities, used in battle to deal extra damage or gain power. You can unlock new active and passive skills by leveling up characters. The player can choose a maximum of 3 active skills and 2 passive skills.
DC Unchained Tips -> To increase the performance of active skills, equip the gears.

Valorium Guide – DC Unchained Guide
In this part we will learn about the valuables and how to use this feature to improve the ranks of a particular hero or villain. What is Valorium?
These items increase the stats of the characters; critical hit damage, accuracy, attack power, evasion, and more.
You can get these Vaorium items by earning victories in battles or as a reward. To check these items -> tap the menu -> inventory -> value -> there you can see all the valuables you have.
To equip these items, go to the family section -> tap on a hero or villain -> Valorium -> at the bottom of the screen -> press and hold on an item and drag and drop into a slot.
DC Unchained Tips -> Equip Valorium in the color match slot to receive the bonus slot. For example, you have a blue-colored value item, so drop it into the blue-colored slot to receive the bonus.
DC Unchained Guide -> Card Guide
In this part we will learn the family cards, how to use them and how to acquire these cards in the DC Unchained game. What are family cards?
In our previous post, we explained families. There are six types of families and there is a separate tab for each family. For example, the Batman family card can be used or used on members of the Batman family; Joker, Batman, Catwoman.
What are the cards for? These cards are required to improve the skills of a specific family member or to level up. There are two types of cards;
Silver cards can be obtained by getting battle wins, as a reward, from boxes. Acquiring the Gold card is not easy.

How to use the swap function? – DC Unchained Guide
You can use this feature to swap cards. For example, you have the Batman family cards and you want the Superman family cards. Tap the menu -> Swap -> Silver or Gold -> Select a card you want to get -> for example, I want Batman family cards and I have Superman family card, so I have to choose Batman family card -> now select the number of cards you want -> if I want 5 Batman Family Cards, I have to sacrifice 10 cards from another family. Various Tricks DC Unchained Tips
- Choose the leader wisely; The strength and attributes of your leader affect the power of the team
- Before starting the battle, take a look at the recommended strength. If that’s more than you actually have, increase your team’s power first
- Passive skills are great; go to the hero skills section and check out the equipped skills and learn how to quickly activate them during battle
- Switch from one character to another; At the top left of the screen, tap a character to replace with the current one. If your HP is low, tap the green heart to recover HP
- As you go along look for the boxes, these boxes contain SP and EX boosters; increase SP and EX points.
- Add a supporter to your team

- Join the guild
- Increase the rank of your character
- Level up the characters
- If you have enough gold, go to the shop -> spend some gold to get rare Valorium items and other boxes
- You can use Mileage to get a skin ticket and a gold card family ticket
- Request your daily box from the menu
