Samsung has confirmed the date of August 10 for the presentation of the new Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4. There are three weeks between now and then, but you can already book a unit and if you do, there are some benefits for you.
The event will not only be about Samsung’s next-generation folds, but we’ve heard rumors about a new Galaxy Watch5 series and a new Galaxy Buds2 Pro headset.
Then, you can book a phone, watch or headset or any combination of these right away. Each pre-order includes a bonus store credit: $ 100 for one of the leaflets, $ 50 for a Watch5, and $ 30 for the buds. But if you book all three, Samsung will round the credit to even $ 200 (a $ 20 increase). Additionally, there will be trade-in offers if you are looking to upgrade from an older device.

Please note that the booking process only requires your name, email and (optionally) phone number. No monetary deposit is required.
Another important thing to note is that you can apply that store credit to pre-ordered items, but only if you receive two or more items. If you’ve reserved a single item, the store credit can only be applied to an additional item.

Samsung ran a similar early booking campaign last year. Obviously this is happening before the Galaxy Z Flip4, Z Fold4, the Watch5 series or the new TWS gems are unveiled, so we don’t officially know what to expect (there was no shortage of leaks, however). However, there are no downsides to the booking process, so you can simply leave the deposit if you end up not liking the new updates.
