Xiaomi launched the Mix Fold 3 last August, and is now working on the Mix Fold 4, also likely due in the summer. Today, prolific leakster Weibo Digital Chat Station shared a list of specifications for the Mix Fold 4. It’s not a complete list of specs, but it gives us a lot of details about the upcoming foldable smartphone, so let’s dive right in.
The Mix Fold 4 will have a smaller crease on the foldable screen than its predecessor, support for two-way satellite communication, possibly an IP rating for water resistance, a custom x-axis linear vibration motor, and a weight between 220 g. and 240 g. The zipper has been reinforced and should be even more durable.

The device will come with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, a battery of at least 5,000mAh with support for 100W wired charging, and a 50MP primary rear camera with a large aperture along with a new periscope lens. Of course there will also be an ultrawide and probably also a second tele, just like in the Mix Fold 3.
It’s obviously expected to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and these specs certainly make it look like a worthy successor to the Mix Fold 3.
