December is around the corner which in turn means that Xiaomi is about to release its next flagship series. Of course, the rumors are starting to pile up and the latest is about the Xiaomi 13 Pro and most of its specs.

Perhaps the most interesting part of this report is the camera setup. We can still expect a triple 50MP camera setup on the rear, but this time the main sensor will be borrowed from the Xiaomi 12S Ultra: a 1 “50MP Sony IMX989 sensor.

Sony and Xiaomi co-developed the sensor and the research and development cost was $ 15 million, but they guarantee more light and overall performance that is hard to compete with.

The rest of the specs are pretty much identical to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, though. Including the Surge C2 ISP, Surge P2 custom chip for charging and Leica color science. And of course, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will sit behind the wheel.

Let's talk about "Xiaomi 13 Pro to match the main camera of 12S Ultra" with our community!
