Vivo’s new Y36 initially appeared in Indonesia last month and has finally landed in India today. We are talking about the 4G version, powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC.
It is now available at vivo’s Indian e-store, as well as Flipkart and offline retail stores. It is priced at INR 16,999 and there is only one model, with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which you can have in Vibrant Gold and Meteor Black colourways.

The vivo Y36 has a 6.64-inch 1080×2388 LCD touchscreen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 650 nits, microSD card support, a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2 MP alongside, a 16MP f/2.45 selfie snapper sensor and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 44W wired charging.

The phone runs Android 13 with vivo’s Funtouch OS 13 on top and features IP54 dust and water resistance. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor built into the power button.
