Vivo’s Watch 3 is here and along with it pioneers vivo’s custom BlueOS.
The vivo Watch 3 is a one-size-fits-all smartwatch available in two designs and colors, and with two strap styles (and materials). The watch body itself is 46.1mm wide and weighs 36g. It features a 1.43-inch 466x466px AMOLED display with always-on functionality.
The watch case is round and the glass on top is curved and edgeless. The leather strap version of the vivo Watch 3 has two lugs, while the other has no lugs and comes with silicone straps.
The watch features a rotating stainless steel crown to make it easier to navigate the user interface, which also doubles as a button and underneath is a second button.
The Watch 3 runs vivo’s BlueOS. It has app support and a built-in app store. BlueOS features integration of vivo’s Jovi assistant, as well as an extensive catalog of health and fitness tracking features.
BlueOS has 10 built-in watch faces.
The watch uses the Star Ring health sensor to provide 8-channel heart rate monitoring and 16-channel blood oxygen monitoring. There’s also sleep tracking and a running coach.
The 505 mAh battery can last up to 16 days without Bluetooth, up to 8 days in Bluetooth mode with notifications, and up to 3 days with everything turned on and heavy use.
