The vivo S18 will arrive “next Monday,” December 4, according to the company’s vice president of products. The new series will feature vivo’s AI called BlueLM – blue, due to the color of the logo, and LM most likely stands for “language model”.
The executive also revealed the design of the phone: it will feature three cameras on the back with a square Aura Light, the largest for a Vivo S smartphone.

The design itself doesn’t tell us much: it says there’s a “portrait OIS”, which we’ve already seen in the S17 and V29 range. This means the phone will have OIS for the main camera, just like the V29 Pro we recently reviewed.

Rumors suggest a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset for the vivo S18, while the Pro variant is expected to get the Dimensity 9200+ SoC. We’ll know more next week.
