Verizon introduced its new myPlan lineup in May, with myPlan Unlimited Welcome being the $65/one line/month entry-level option and the $80/one line/month myPlan Unlimited Plus the step up. Now there’s a step further, and a rather intriguing one.
Starting August 31, existing and prospective Verizon customers can also choose the new myPlan Unlimited Ultimate for $90/one line/month.
The new plan includes unlimited 5G ultra-wideband, 60GB of mobile hotspot (which Verizon boasts is “the most offered in the industry”), 10GB of unlimited international premium data, Global Choice, and unlimited international texting and calling within 210+ countries and return to the United States.
$90 definitely isn’t cheap, but you get a lot here: compared to Unlimited Plus, for example, you get double the amount of hotspot data, as well as international benefits that definitely can’t be cheap for Verizon: 10GB of premium la International data speeds every month are plenty, not to mention unlimited texts and calls to most countries and to the US while you’re abroad.
If you have more lines, the price goes down. It costs $90 for one line, $80 per line for two, $65 per line for three, $55 per line for four, and $52 per line if you have five or more lines. Keep in mind that all of these prices assume you have autopay set up, which translates to a $10 discount per month. Without autocheckout, all prices will therefore be $10 higher.
As with myPlan’s other choices, you can add extra “perks” for $10 each: the Disney bundle (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+), 100GB of mobile hotspot space, Apple One, Walmart+, Apple Music Family, Smartwatch Data & Safety, 2TB of cloud storage, and more.
