Enter the Tozo X1 Golden, the company’s most exclusive high-resolution wireless earbuds with LDAC support and Active Noise Cancellation. The X1 Golden, in particular, has amassed a 4.7-star rating on Amazon, and we’ve now received our review unit to see if they live up to their claims. Before that here’s a quick unboxing and first impressions.

The X1 Golden comes in an elegant box that opens to reveal the main specifications of the earphones. The box contains the earbuds, their own charging case, a USB-C cable for charging, and five pairs of silicone ear tips ranging from size S to XXL, so you’re sure to find a pair that works well with your ears. X1 Golden are also IPX6 splash resistant, so you’re good to use them in the gym.

Tozo X1 Golden in review

The buds feature a sleek matte black design with short stems. Each earphone packs a 12mm dynamic driver that covers a wide frequency range from 12Hz to 44.1kHz. Thanks to the support of the LDAC codec, the X1 Golden is capable of streaming music at 24-bit/96kHz. They pair via Bluetooth 5.3 to any device and also feature active noise cancellation up to 42dB.

The charging case has a built-in LED display to show battery power and can be charged via USB-C and wirelessly on a Qi-compatible charger. Tozo claims 32 hours of playtime with the case on which we’ll be sure to test in our full review.
