Apple’s official confirmation of the iPhone 14 series event on September 7 was the key event to influence this week’s trend chart. Not only did it help the iPhone 14 Pro Max maintain its lead, but it also led to a real invasion of Apple further down the ranks as people began comparing their existing phones while considering the upgrade.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra moved up to second place while the foldable Galaxy Z Fold4 lost more strength and is now in seventh place.
Yet another phone from the Korean company, the Galaxy A53, completes the podium as the iPhone 13 Pro Max’s charge was short and finished fourth.
The Xiaomi pair of Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11 SE follows in fifth and sixth place. These are the only two representatives of the company, but it’s still a better result than last week’s sixth and ninth place.
Samsung Galaxy A13 ranks just below its foldable sibling in eight, while two other Apple phones top the rankings with iPhone XR and iPhone X.
Among the top 10 members of last week we miss the Motorola pair of Edge (2022) and Moto X30 Pro, as well as the vivo V25 and Xiaomi Mix Fold2. This also means that we are only three manufacturers represented in the top 10.
