The first quarter of the year saw the most flagship launches, making the second quarter more of a mid-range territory. It’s no surprise then that the Samsung Galaxy A34 was our most popular review in the April-June period.
The quarter was marked by the global unveiling of the Redmi Note 12, and the Pro version was the second most popular review, followed by the Turbo variant, known in some markets as the Poco F5. We understand the popularity of this Xiaomi phone, sold under two different brands: it is a device with a great display, good battery life and charging speed, and the camera was also good for a €400 phone.
Two flagships closed the Top 5: the Sony Xperia 1 V and the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Unfortunately they had limited availability, which probably explains why they couldn’t rank higher.
The situation was similar with the Oppo Find X6 Pro, which arrived in March but never escaped from China. Truly an amazing device with an impressive camera setup that unfortunately remained region locked. Hopefully its successor, the Find X7 Pro, will go international.
