The vivo X90 series, which was launched in China last November and started its international rollout in February, will debut soon in India. This revelation comes from vivo, who has set up a promotional page for the X90 series on its official Indian website, saying that the X90 series is “coming soon” to the Asian country without being more specific about the timing of the launch.

The X90 series includes three smartphones: X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+. We know that the X90 Pro will launch in India as vivo has explicitly mentioned it in its promotional materials. The vanilla model will likely be paired with the Pro version, but the X90 Pro+ may not launch in India as it’s only available in China, and we don’t see any indication of that change.

The vivo X90 series

The vivo X90 and X90 Pro are powered by the Dimension 9200 SoC, with the biggest differences between them being the camera systems and battery capacities. You can check out the detailed specs comparison of the X90 and X90 Pro here, and head over here to read our detailed vivo X90 Pro review. We also have a video review of the X90 Pro, which is linked below if you prefer.

The vivo X90 Pro+, like the X90 Pro, features a 50MP main camera with a 1″ sensor, but the camera system also includes a 64MP periscope telephoto lens and a 48MP ultrawide unit that doesn’t we have on the X90 Pro. It also comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip at the helm and is built around a higher resolution screen, but packs a smaller battery (4,700mAh vs 4,870mAh) with slower wired charging ( 80W versus 120W).
