The Google Pixel Watch is a highly anticipated wearable device and is expected to trade more users towards using WearOS. The latest report comes from 9to5Google which cites a source providing information on the expected battery life on the recently teased Pixel Watch.

According to the source, the Google Pixel Watch is said to last up to a day on a single charge. This number does not represent Google’s official battery data as the device has not yet been released, so the officially advertised battery life may change once the watch is launched.

The Pixel Watch will reportedly last

The Google Pixel Watch revealed that it has a 300mAh battery according to another report from the same outlet. This is assumed to be intended for the base model and the battery size of an alleged LTE variant is not yet known. This month, it was reported that the Pixel Watch would use an older 2018 Exynos 9110 chipset with 10nm process, the same chipset as the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2.

The duration of “up to one day” on a charge is common for modern WearOS devices. Gen 6 fossil watches (such as Skagen Falster Gen 6) are intended to last no more than 1 day per charge. There are certainly WearOS devices that last well in three-day territory like the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra, however this one has a noticeably more robust battery and a rugged look.
