More than a year ago, Huawei announced it was partnering with Chinese electric vehicle maker Arcfox to produce a luxury electric vehicle powered by Huawei’s HI (Huawei Inside) solution. It combines a HarmonyOS-based smart display inside and Huawei’s HiCar solution capable of autonomous level 3 driving.
Arcfox Alpha-S has a HarmonyOS-based infotainment system
The Arcfox Alpha-S is the first production car with “Huawei Inside” and is now entering mass production. The EV autonomous driving system is capable of 400 TOP calculation and is equipped with a LOT of detection technology: three LiDAR sensors, six mmW radar sensors, 12 ultrasonic sensors, nine ADS units and 4 surround cameras.

Although the Arcfox Alpha-S has been available since January, a first small batch has been delivered and the EV is now entering full-scale production at its Zhenjiang manufacturing facility.
