Tecno today announced its powerful four-member Camon 20 series, and in this article, we will focus on the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G. The three phones have a similar design with an unorthodox rear camera island and share a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display.
Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G
The Camon 20 Pro 5G is one of the first devices to launch with MediaTek’s new 6nm Dimensity 8050 chipset, a rebranded Dimensity 1300 from last year. The Camon 20 Pro gets a 6nm Helio G99 SoC while the Vanilla Camon 20 comes with a 12nm Helio G85. All three phones have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The similarities continue on the back, where all three Camon 20-series phones have 64MP main cameras along with 2MP macro shooters. The Pro 5G model gets OIS on the main lens and a 2MP depth sensor, while the other two get QVGA modules behind the third lens.
There’s an upfront 32MP selfie cam for all three phones. The Camon 20 Pro and Pro 5G get optical fingerprint scanners built under the screen while the Camon 20 makes do with a side-mounted scanner.
In all cases you get Android 13 with Tecno’s HIOS 13 on top and an IP53 rating for limited water and dust resistance. The phones are powered by 5,000mAh batteries with 33W charging support.

Tecno 20 is available in Predawn Black, Serenity Blue and Glacier Glow, while the 20 Pro and 20 Pro 5G are offered in Serenity Blue and Dark Welkin colors. Pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed.
