Tecno launched its horizontally foldable Phantom V Fold at MWC 2023 in late February, and now the Chinese brand is about to follow it up with its first clamshell foldable, dubbed the Tecno Phantom V Flip.
The Tecno Phantom V Flip will be unveiled on September 22 at an event in Singapore, starting at 3pm local time. Tecno says the Phantom V Flip reflects its “commitment to exploring new form factors and redefining the style and functionality of flip phones for an passionate, fashionable and forward-thinking audience.”
In addition to the Phantom V Flip, Tecno will launch the 2023 MegaBook T1 14-inch laptop. The company hasn’t divulged anything about any of these products, but leaked images have revealed that the Tecno Phantom V Flip will feature a circular display with dual cameras around it. .

The Phantom V Flip was also spotted on Google Play Console with some specifications: 6.9″ FullHD+ foldable display, 8 GB of RAM and Android 13. The chipset is probably the Dimensity 1300.
