Tecno has announced that it will launch Camon 20 series smartphones in India on May 27. It includes four models: Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro, Camon 20 Pro 5G and Camon 20 Premiere. However, the company will only showcase the Camon 20 and Camon 20 Pro 5G in India at the May 27 event. The vanilla model will come in Glacier Glow, Serenity Blue and Predawn Black colors, while the Pro 5G version will come in Serenity Blue and Dark Welkin colors.
Since Camon 20 and Camon 20 Pro 5G are already available in other markets, we know what they offer. Both smartphones have similar specs, with the most notable differences in the chipset and camera setup. The Camon 20 is powered by the Helio G85 SoC, while the Camon 20 Pro 5G has the Dimension 8050 chip at the helm.
The Tecno Camon 20, like the Camon 20 Pro 5G, sports a triple camera setup on the back with a 64MP unit, but it doesn’t have OIS. Additionally, the Camon 20’s 64MP camera is joined by 2MP depth and QVGA units, while the Camon 20 Pro 5G’s 64MP shooter is accompanied by 2MP macro and 2MP depth units.
