In 2016, T-Mobile launched T-Mobile Tuesdays, a program that offers free stuff to its customers with no strings attached, as well as being its customers. Today the carrier is massively expanding this to become an everyday thing all day long. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Magenta Status.

It’s like a rewards program, but with all the benefits accessible right from the start for everyone, with no hurdles to overcome and without “forcing people to chase an elusive status called a metal or gem that’s always out of reach,” in the words of T-Mobile.

There is a caveat, so let’s start with that. Magenta status applies to “T-Mobile postpaid, including small businesses and most T-Mobile prepaid customers.” No sub-brands and we’re not sure why only “most” prepaid customers and who exactly are eligible. But if you’re with T-Mobile and don’t have a prepaid plan, you’re pretty much good to go.

You’ll receive a 15% discount on 22 Hilton brands worldwide, and when you sign up, you’re automatically upgraded to Hilton Honors Silver, a tier that normally requires you to have spent at least 10 nights in the previous year at a Hilton hotel. Silver benefits include free Wi-Fi, a free fifth night on award stays, and a discount on the all-inclusive spa.

Then there is car rental. If you rent a gas car from Dollar or an electric vehicle from Hertz and need to return it at “almost every airport in America,” you don’t have to hit the pump or charger before heading to the airport. Just hand over your keys and you won’t be charged any additional fees for not charging.

You also get 25% off tickets to “some of the hottest shows at Live Nation amphitheaters and select clubs and venues,” year-round. That means there’s a deal for you on over 8,000 shows at 120 venues, and with T-Mobile Reserved Tickets you can also get exclusive access to some of the best seats available.

Each month you will have the opportunity to see a movie for $5 per person for everyone on your TMo account. This month it is Bob Marley: a love. Finally, you’ll have access to VIP Club Magenta lounges at “top entertainment and sporting events” like the Las Vegas F1 GP, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits Music Festival and more.

T-Mobile Tuesdays will remain available, and everything will be managed through T Life, a brand new app created to help you track your perks and perks. This will be rolled out to all customers as a free automatic update to the existing T-Mobile Tuesdays app.
