Sony’s WF-C700N TWS earphones are designed for everyday use as they have features for use at home and on the go. Following their global launch in April, the buds are now making their way to India.

They will be available from 15 July (Saturday) at a price of ₹ 8,990. You’ll find them in Sony stores, both online at ShopAtSC.com and in retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), as well as major electronics retailers and online stores. You can choose from four colors: black, white, lavender and sage green.

You can check out our review of the WF-C700N Buds for more details. Long story short, they’re Sony’s lightest noise-canceling buds at just 4.6g and are IPX4-rated, so they can stand up to rain and sweat.

The earbuds can last 7.5 hours with ANC on or 10 hours without, the charging case doubles the total listening time (so 15 or 20 hours, depending on ANC status). Battery life was our only major gripe in the review, but at least the buds support quick recharges: 10 minutes of charging is enough for an hour of listening.

Either way, while on the go you can switch between ANC and Ambient Sound with just a tap. Also, Multipoint connectivity (two devices at the same time) is now available. When Sony launched Buds in April, this feature wasn’t quite ready and was promised as an update.

Buds support 360 Reality Audio (spatial sound) and DSEE audio upscaling, the Sony Headphones Connect app allows you to adjust the sound with an equalizer (buds use SBC and AAC codecs).
