Samsung has released Android 13-based One UI 5.1 update for Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Galaxy Tab A8 10.5.
The update is being rolled out for the 5G version of the international model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE with the model designation SM-T736B. It is currently being seeded in Europe with firmware version T736BXXU2CWC5 and the February 2023 Android security patch.

The One UI 5.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5, on the other hand, is underway for the SM-X200 model in South Korea, but the rollout is expected to extend to other regions soon. The update has firmware version X200XXU2CWC1 and comes with the January 2023 Android security patch.
If you still haven’t received One UI 5.1 on your Galaxy Tab S7 FE or Galaxy Tab A8 10.5, you can manually check for the update by going to your tablet Settings > Software update menu.
