In July, the Samsung Galaxy S24+ appeared on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, Android 14, 8GB of RAM, and model designation SM-S926U. Now, the Korean version of the Galaxy S24 Plus has appeared on Geekbench, with the model code SM-S926N with the Exynos 2400 chip at the helm.

The Korean S24+ also runs Android 14, but has 12GB of RAM onboard, which is an upgrade over the S23+ that ships with 8GB of RAM. However, that doesn’t mean that the Exynos-powered S24+ won’t come with 8GB of RAM as the SM-S926B spotted on Geekbench two weeks ago had 8GB of RAM on board.

The 8GB and 12GB RAM models powered by the Exynos 2400 have similar Geekbench scores, but are slightly lower than those achieved by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered variant. In any case, we’ll reserve our final judgment until we’ve tested personally both versions, as the devices that ran the benchmark may be pre-production units and the retail versions should deliver better results in synthetic tests.
