The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will keep the rectangular design of the Galaxy S22 Ultra and focus on other improvements. For Ice universethe next Ultra will be 0.1mm or 0.2mm wider, but retain the 8.9mm thickness, 5,000mAh battery, and 6.8in 1440x3088px display.
The squarer shape suited the Galaxy S22 Ultra well, as it allowed for the maintenance of the large battery and the inclusion of an integrated S Pen.
The most significant changes with the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be a new chip, at the moment it seems likely that it is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the improvements that Samsung can make in the software, via a future OneUI 5.
Another highly anticipated change is the new 200MP camera sensor, the ISOCELL HP2. It may use 0.60 µm pixels. The rest of the cameras should have the same focal lengths: 3x, 10x and ultrawide, with possible modifications to the respective sensors.
