Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro+ were launched in China at the end of November. They arrived with Realme UI 4.0 out of the box, making them the first to run Realme version on Android 13. Now the duo is preparing to go global on December 8, which will also be the global debut of Realme UI 4.0.
Wait, didn’t Realme GT2 Pro receive Android 13 a month ago? It did, but the skin version remained on Realme UI 3.0. Here are a few reasons why GT2 Pro owners should be jealous of users running version 4.0.
Realme has adopted a card-based design so that everything is grouped intuitively. This ensures that essential information is in its own compartment instead of having to share the room with less important information.
The Always-On Display has been revamped to offer a more personalized experience. There are interactive panels, personalized recommendations and emoji animations.
The new Dynamic Computing Engine will boost overall performance by 10%, according to Realme. Efficiency will also be improved, gamers can expect 4.7% longer battery life and lower peak temperatures (by 1°C).
Another new feature is the Private Safe tool, which can encrypt your data. Furthermore, the Auto Pixelate function will automatically detect sensitive information in the images making them anonymous.
The global launch of Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro+, as well as Realme UI 4.0, is this Thursday. You can check out Realme’s official Android 13 early access roadmap for a guideline on when older models will be updated (note: the timeline doesn’t mention whether the phones will get Realme UI 4.0 or 3.0).
