Realme launched the Realme However, Realme has released an image on the X that hints at the return of the periscope camera to its smartphones.

The image published by Realme shows a circular island with two circles and a rectangle. The two circles perhaps represent the primary and ultrawide cameras, while the rectangle alludes to the periscope telephoto lens.

Realme didn’t reveal anything about the camera or the phone, but criticized the recently announced Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max by saying, “Not only Max can zoom.” For those who don’t know, the iPhone 15 Pro Max features a 12MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, making it the first iPhone to sport a periscope camera.

Coming back to Realme, the device in question could be the Realme GT5 Pro, which is said to come with the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and a 64MP telephoto camera (OmniVision OV64B). You can expect to hear more from Realme in the coming weeks.
