Realme today unveiled Realme 10s as the newest member of the Realme 10 lineup, which includes Realme 10 4G, Realme 10 5G, Realme 10 Pro and Realme 10 Pro+. However, it is not a completely new smartphone, but a version of the Realme 9i 5G with more RAM, storage, faster charging and one less camera on the back.

Realme 10s comes with 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage and 33W charging. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 1TB. The dual camera setup on the back features a 50MP camera like the 9i 5G. However, it’s joined by a depth unit, while the 50MP main camera on the 9i 5G is accompanied by portrait and macro units.

The Realme 10s also comes with Hi-Res Audio support which the 9i 5G does not have. But the rest of the specs are shared by both smartphones, including the Dimension 810 chip, 6.6-inch FullHD+ 90Hz LCD, and Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12.

The 10s sports an 8MP selfie shooter, features a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and has 5G connectivity. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that draws power via a USB-C port.

The Realme 10s is offered in blue and black colors and has two memory options: 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. The 128GB model is priced at CNY 1,099 ($155/€150), while the 256GB version costs CNY 1,299 ($185/€175). Both are available for pre-orders in China via Realme’s official Chinese website, with sales starting December 20.
