The next big thing for smartphone cameras is Samsung’s 200MP sensor. Motorola became the first company to launch a phone with the ISOCELL HP1 platform, and Xiaomi introduced it in the latest 12T Pro.
The phone ranks in the “flagship killer” category with a price tag of € 750 and a high-end chipset in the face of Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and our YouTube team is ready with the video review, examining all the pros and cons of the 12T Pro.
The phone has a lot of intriguing specs and features, and we loved the stunning screen with 12-bit color depth and fantastic refresh rate. Xiaomi has kept the predecessor’s 5,000mAh 120W fast charging battery, but now charges from 0 to 100% slightly slower: 23 minutes in high-performance mode, 30 minutes in default.
The phone has been criticized for its lack of wireless charging and IP68 rating, as well as a reduced body bezel and screen protection, but overall the Xiaomi 12T Pro has earned our sincere recommendation.
