introduction

OnePlus Pad is the company’s first tablet in the last nine years. It is identical to the Oppo Pad 2, with which it shares everything except the name.

The OnePlus Pad is a device with an attractive price and specifications. At $479, it’s in a segment that’s largely devoid of significant competition, with most Android tablets being cheaper and good iPads more expensive. It’s a semi-premium device with a curious assortment of choices that make up its spec sheet.

The thing that should attract the most attention is probably the display, which boasts a unique 7:5 aspect ratio and a 144Hz refresh rate. However, the display uses a standard LCD panel. Similarly, you get features like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos along with 67W fast charging, but there’s no cellular connectivity and the chipset is a MediaTek Dimensity 9000. As you can see, there’s a bit of give and take here and eventually it will come down to what you value most in your tablet.

Here is a complete list of the features and specifications present on the OnePlus Pad.
