OnePlus is preparing to launch an even cheaper entry-level version of the Nord Buds 2 dubbed the Nord Buds 2R on July 5th. The earbuds already have their landing page on Amazon India and will carry the same basic design as the Nord Buds 2 but presumably without active noise cancellation to keep the price down.

Buds 2R will be available in blue and black colors and may launch with a price tag of INR 2,000 based on rumors. OnePlus will reveal more teasers in the coming days which should clarify the specs department. We are also expecting a launch date for the OnePlus Nord 3 which could launch alongside the new earbuds.
