OnePlus will debut a new concept device at MWC Barcelona next week. We’ve now received our first sneak peek at the OnePlus 11 Concept which shows that the back of the phone features light strips and a larger camera island. The blue stripes cover the entire back of the phone and also surround the camera island.
OnePlus 11 Concept teaser
OnePlus has released an official memo for its upcoming concept phone, describing the new images as “blood vessels” running across the entire back of the phone.
The images show the OnePlus 11 Concept’s engineering breakthroughs by highlighting the ice-blue ductwork that runs across the entire back of the phone, almost as if the OnePlus 11 Concept has its own set of blood vessels. The OnePlus 11 Concept’s pipes are housed within a bold, futuristic glass unibody design inspired by the calm stillness and vast power of a glacial lake.
It would be interesting to see how OnePlus 11 Concept works and if the light strips work in a similar way to Nothing Phone 1 or if they have a different purpose like actively cooling the phone.
In addition to the images, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau tweeted a teaser video for the OnePlus 11 Concept. The short teaser shows the phone in action for a short while. Lau says the phone will debut “industry-leading technology,” but what that actually entails remains to be seen.
