Nokia released the X10 and X20 low-end smartphones in mid-2022 and now both are receiving the latest Android 13 update also containing the November 2022 security patch. The rollout seems to be gradual so not all markets are getting it immediately and you may have to wait a while.

The new firmware version of the Nokia X10 is V3.270while the X20 is V3.360. The changelog isn’t very large, but it points to one of the most important improvements in Android 13.

Theme support, especially for icons, notification permissions for each new app installed, new media controls in the notification area and the so-called Photo Picker are some of the novelties offered by Android 13. The latter allows you to share certain photos with an app instead of giving access to your entire gallery.

The update is 2.34GB large and if the update is not available in your region, you may have to wait for a couple of days.
