Infinix has been gaining momentum recently, and phones like the Zero 30 are a big part of the reason why. It has a touch of style, a hint of substance, and a set of eye-catching specs like a 144Hz display and a large sensor selfie camera.

The phone comes with a 68W charger, a case, and a USB cable, which is a solid package, and even more so in its price range. Infinix also kindly sent us a vlogging phone holder and tripod that fit well with the Zero 30’s 50MP front-facing snapper, but these are normally purchased separately.

The 50MP selfie camera has an f/2.45 lens with phase detection autofocus. The sensor can capture 4K at up to 60fps and if you need more light, there’s a front LED to help.

Even better, using the phone’s little tripod we were able to attach both an additional light and microphone to the Infinix Zero 30 for a truly capable vlogging setup.

Vlogging aside, the Infinix Zero 30 is a capable and versatile midranger. It has a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display that can run at up to 144 Hz. Inside pops a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 8020 paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM. There is 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage available.

A large 5,000mAh battery keeps things running, and you can charge it up to 80% in 30 minutes using the included 68W charger. It’s not bad at all.

On the back we find a 108 MP main camera and a 13 MP ultrawide one (there is also a 2 MP depth sensor). Rounding out the highlights is Android 13 running on top of Infinix’s XOS 13.
