Today we have the new Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2022) at home, so let’s do an uboxing. We are in luck, we got the high-end model with the 5nm Snapdragon 888 chip and optional 4G connectivity via the SIM slot. There is also a Snapdragon 870 7nm version.
Our unit comes with Huawei’s 40W Super Charge adapter and a USB cable. We also received the additional Huawei Smart Magnetic Keyboard and the new white M-Pencil.

The keyboard is fantastic. It has the full 1.5mm key travel you might find on a full-fledged laptop keyboard. The case itself is made up of two pieces: one for the back of the MatePad Pro which houses the kickstand and the other for the keyboard itself.
The keyboard is Bluetooth, so it stays connected to the tablet even if you unplug it. It’s cute in that you can use the two-piece case in a number of ways.

Huawei MatePad Pro 11 will soon be available globally. The base model of 8/128 GB will cost 3,300 CNY / 481 €. The fully loaded 12 / 512GB model with M-Pencil and keyboard will be sold on Vmall for CNY 7,700 (the 512GB model will not be available globally, however).
