The Honor X50 will arrive on July 5 and we know that the phone will come with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The device has been benchmarked on AnTuTu and Geekbench, revealing more details about the power of the 4nm platform.

Leaksters claim it will be on par with the Snapdragon 778G+, but our recent tests show the numbers are similar to Dimension 7050-powered devices with one major difference: multi-core CPU performance is much better.

Honor X50 on AnTuTu and Geekbench

Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 as an evolution of the Snapdragon 695 with improvements across the board, including a 40% increase in computational performance and 35% better graphics. Both Geekbench and AnTuTu results are similar to our internal tests of the Realme 11 Pro, compared to the latest versions.

We have seen a list of Geekbench 5 previously. While the numbers suggest a similar comparison to current Realme midrangers, we think it’s fair to put the new phones on new versions of the benchmarking platforms.

Honor has promised the X50 to have a big screen, a huge battery, and the most powerful combination of RAM and storage ever for a Series X. The price is said to start at CNY 1,599, which is around $220. but we highly doubt that will be for the 16/512GB variant.
