Honor’s alleged offline-only 80 Pro is now official in China. It looks very similar to the current Honor 80 Pro, but there are some key differences.

The biggest change is the flat display. It’s still a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel that refreshes at 120Hz, but has a lower resolution of 2400x1080px.

A single 32MP low-resolution selfie camera is built into the display instead of the original Pro’s 50MP + 2MP combo.

The rear camera system is also different. The 160MP main camera is joined by a lower 8MP ultrawide camera with fixed focus rather than the 50MP autofocus. The 2MP depth sensor is still here.

Powering the new Honor 80 Pro is still the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM. The battery has a capacity of 4,800mAh and supports 66W charging. Software-wise, the Honor 80 Pro runs Android 12 under MagicOS 7.
